Support information

For urgent technical issues, add the machine model, serial number and a clear description of the problem. This helps your service team respond faster.

You can also include images, a PDF report or a document with extra details.

After submission

Each request receives a ticket number. The request data is stored in storage/service-requests.

If you define a service email address in the PHP config section, the request can also be sent by email automatically.
